  • Precise injection: 1. The top-level cross guide rail and precision screw rod, together with the five-phase high-resolution sampling motor and the horizontal sampling slider made of aviation aluminum, form a high-precision sampling system to ensure the quality of slices. 2. Stable gantry structure design and high-hardness alloy adapter improve the rigidity of the host machine, and the hard tissue sectioning is still accurate.
  • Precision tool holder: 1 . Precise lateral movement function of the knife holder. The position of the same sample changes very little after moving sideways and changing the knife edge, which can quickly cut the sample. 2. There are scales on the base of the knife holder, which is convenient for the positioning of the knife holder.
  • Rapid positioning: 1. Patented visual pointer identification, the angle adjustment data is intuitive and visible, when adjusting the tissue angle of different inclined surfaces, the direction of the sample head can be precisely controlled to avoid waste of tissue samples. 2. Quickly adjust multiple devices to the same angle to keep the same sample at the same angle when sliced by different devices, reducing sample waste caused by rough trimming.
  • Easy to operate: 1. The small handwheel sample feeding mode is matched with the side knob to adjust the slice thickness, which is ergonomically designed and more comfortable to operate. Operations such as sample advance and retreat, trimming/slicing conversion, thickness adjustment, position memory, and half-knife function can be realized through an external control box. 2. The injection distance of a single turn of the small handwheel is adjustable to meet personalized needs. 3. The torque at any position is less than 2.5 kgf•cm, making it easy to operate and effortless to use all day long.
  • Information tracking: 5-inch smart touch screen, background setting adjustment, relevant data, and information display at a glance; with a history recording system (including operation logs and alarm logs), it is convenient for information backtracking and quick problem-solving.
  • Locking system and safety design: 1. It is also equipped with a double locking system of handwheel lock and arbitrary position lock and has its own prompt sound, which significantly reduces the risk of hand injury during the sample block replacement operation and allows you to change samples with peace of mind. 2. The hand wheel is balanced at any position, making it more secure to use. 3. The knife guard covers the entire length of the blade to avoid potential risks of injury during operation. When changing the blade, the blade ejector can easily push out the blade and remove it safely.
